Traditions

We have many traditions in our family and one of my favorite centers around our tree skirt.  We started this in 2001 after I read the idea in a magazine.  I made the skirt and every year we paint the kids hands and they put their hands on the skirt.  I label the year and their age next to their hand.  It has been really fun to see how big their hands have grown over the last 6 years.  Here are some photos of this years tree skirt hand painting.
