LIVING CHRISTMAS TREE

Vinny is part of a quartet that her viola teacher has put together. This teacher's father is a music director in Georgia at a church where they put on a Living Christmas Tree every year. If you don't know what that is, well, it is a HUGE Christmas tree where the choir sits in the tree. Vinny and her quartet and a few extra young ladies were asked to play for this event. They left on a Thursday and stayed with the teacher's parents who also fed them. They performed 5 different times and were paid very well for this gig. I went down on Sunday to bring her home and watch the last two performances.

This is Dan and his lovely wife Gaye. I worked with Dan at my first job out of college. He and his wife come to the last performance since they live nearby.
