Anniversary

Charlie and I celebrated our 11th anniversary on December 28th. Since the Duncan's were still here we decided to wait and celebrate it on Sunday the 30th. Charlie surprised me and made reservations at a Bed & Breakfast in Greenville. It was a nice beautiful place called the Pettigru Place.

It rained on Sunday night so we went to dinner and then back to our room. The next day was beautiful. This is the front of the home.

And here are the two newlyweds looking so very well rested.

Charlie gave me this beautiful necklace which is a tree with the families birthstones on it. I gave him a digital frame.

You may be wondering what we did with our children. We locked them in the garage in a cage with enough food and water to keep them alive for the 19 hours we were gone.  Just kidding, we left them home by themselves. We decided that Patrick is old enough to watch them for one night. We made them lock all the doors and instructed them not to leave the house. I also let a few neighbors know what was going on in case the kids needed anything. We were only gone for about 19 hours. As it turns out they were just fine.  Charlie and I had a wonderful evening and we are looking forward to many more years together.
