COOPER RIVER BRIDGE RUN

The reason Lucas and his family was in Charleston over spring break was to run the Cooper River Bridge Run. The run is 6.2 miles. When Luc (Mr. Morand) heard that Vinny was coming down, he signed her up. She has never ran more than 3 miles at one time. She thought she would run part and walk part. As it turned out, she ran the whole thing in an hour and 14 minutes!!! Not bad for having no training except for lacrosse. Luc was kind enough to take some photos as he ran.

These are not in exact order but you get the picture. I am so proud of her! Will she do it again? We shall see.
